IMPORTANT INFORMATION for customers outside of the United Kingdom & European Union:-
Rest of World zone
Any order you place must not exceed 2 kilogrammes gross weight, this includes packaging.
Basically two medium sized frames (or larger) or framed kits will exceed this weight limit.
You will be given the opportunity to pay additional postage costs or cancel your order for a full refund.

Postage times for Box Frames and Box Frame kits will normally take 3 - 4 working days as they are all made to order. This may be longer during busy times. If delivery is expected to be longer than 14 working days you will be notified and you may cancel your order for a full refund.
NO GOODS ARE DESPATCHED ON TUESDAYS
Frames & 3D kits have the postage & packing included in the price.
Minimum delivery on other items is £2.00
If a Saturday delivery is required a courier service will be used and an extra payment will be incurred. This applies to all goods with or without postage included. Additional payment will have to be paid before goods are sent.
If you order an item with postage included in the price, i.e. frame or kit and you also order other items where the postage is added on at check-out you will either receive a full or partial refund on postage as long as items are going to the same address - UK ONLY. (This is done manually and will not be applied automatically at time of purchase).

| Please ensure that the delivery address is put on the Paypal Delivery information section.This is the address that is used on the parcels using Paypal's automatic label printing.
If wrong address or errors are entered you would be responsible for additional postage charges, so please double check your delivery information.

| Links to PDF downloads are normally sent within 2 hours of payment receipt, may be longer during busy times, this includes weekends. No links are sent out between the hours of 7pm - 9am GMT/BST.
Please ensure you enter the correct email address for delivery of the download links.

Customer information: Payments are made through Paypal's secure server. Please be aware that you DO NOT have to have a paypal account nor do you have to set up an account. Paypal allows small businesses to use their secure servers for financial transactions without the need to register. When you go through checkout to paypal just ignore the login and click 'continue' near the credit/debit card logo's. (You will NOT be setting up an account).
